All orders are subject to written confirmation from Discount Digital Photographics Pty Ltd on availability and delivery time and costs.

If you choose to pick up your order, note that orders are kept only for 7 days. If an order is not picked up within that time, it will be cancelled. You cannot nominate to pick up on a date beyond 7 days.

We try to carry stock listed on our web-site at all times. Some times, due to unexpected increased demand, a particular item may not be
available for immediate despatch but may take 1-3 days. We will of course inform you of any delivery delays.

Shipping notes: 1. All Deliveries are insured except for Express Post. If delivery is to a PO Box, use Express Post or Registered Business. 2. Courier options: Overnight to all capital cities (business days). For Sydney, same day delivery is possible upon request at varying cost and orders must be received by 1.00pm on any business day. Courier to Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and most major towns on the east coast is overnight to two days. 3. Other destinations, including rural areas and Tas, NT and WA use Registered Post unless a special courier service is requested. 4. Orders paid for and confirmed on a business day before 2.00pm will usually be despatched on the day.
